Two important new features to improve your conversion and boost your bookings:
- Mirai Rescue, that addresses your customers’ leakage points in order that they return to your website and complete their booking, recovering on average 1.71% of lost sales.
- And our functionalities “Personalized messages” and “Reviews”, found within the Mirai “Price Comparison and Parity ” module, that improve communication with your customers.

Your club can continue to add improvements: this year we have incorporated the possibility of offering benefits in the form of extras.
Developing our BI:
- We have developed a new version of our Business Intelligence solution which results in more information that is both more accessible and better organized. In short, we have improved the formats in which you receive your data so that you can make better decisions for your direct sales.
- In addition, we have created the most comprehensive upselling reporting system in order that you may evaluate every detail of this functionality.

In addition, for destinations that are obliged to deal with “as tough as it gets” scenarios, due to increasingly complex tax structures, the Mirai engine is adaptable and allows for different configurations.

- We have solved the difficult challenge of booking a room with a complex occupancy, thereby avoiding user confusion and problems at the hotel.

In Mirai Metasearch
This year we connected with two important metasearch developments:
- Trivago Free Booking Links, offering hotels that are not yet participating in direct sales the opportunity to do so at no cost.
- TripAdvisor CPA Meta Consumption, where risk-free investment can be made through commission.
These are the developments we have incorporated into our technological tools: Mirai Booking Engine and Mirai Metasearch. This year, however, we have also created 210 turnkey web projects (VP Plaza España, Hotel Casa Fuster, Hotel Kivir, are some examples).
