Mirai integrates with the Hubspot CRM

In addition to integrating Fideltour and Cendyn, we have now added to our list one of the most important and widespread CRMs on the market: Hubspot, a platform on which we have worked to successfully adapt it to the specific needs of the hotel sector.

With Hubspot you can: 

  • Unify and manage from a single point the many different sources of customer data compounding the total information of each contact.
  • Segment contacts by many different criteria.
  • Communicate with them for specific offers and messages, optimising your marketing actions with the ultimate goal of strengthening the relationship with your most loyal customers.
  • Track the performance and return on email marketing campaigns you run on your tool, such as Black Friday or other promotions.
  • Help optimise your reputation through satisfaction surveys.
  • Grow your database through your Wi-Fi network.

The integration is done against its API and not using tracking pixels, which guarantees robustness and accuracy, as well as compatibility with all browsers, whether they accept or not the use of cookies.

  • Transactions: we synchronise in real time every booking, cancellation or booking modification carried out in the engine along with all the attached booking information, including whether your customer belongs to your loyalty programme, along with their member ID and the tier to which they have signed up (if you have tiers in your club).
  • Demand: one of the most important areas of improvement is to know all of those who check you out but do not make a booking. To this end, we send Hubspot all availability and price queries to the booking system made by loyalty club members so that you can contact those who did not finalise the booking process and detect conversion or parity issues.
  • Loyalty programme: Another key aspect is to synchronise your membership database.
  • Customers in the loyalty club that join with their first booking (“Book & Join“). We notify Hubspot of the two events (the booking and the membership registration).
  • We also synchronise with Hubspot the customers who register for the club via your web form (not when booking) as well as whether the account has been activated or not.
  • Modifications or deletions that customers make in their members area.
  • Automatic membership level updates performed by our system after they accumulate bookings or said accumulation expires.
