We are moving! Our existing Metasearch dashboard functionalities are moving to the new Mirai Metasearch dashboard.
As a result, our old Metasearch dashboard will no longer be accessible to users from February 17, 2025.
How do I access the new Mirai Metasearch dashboard?
You don’t need to do anything new. Simply log in to the same URL using your existing username and password to access the features of our new dashboard.
New Business Intelligence
We’ve revamped the Business Intelligence area within the new Mirai Metasearch dashboard, providing a range of reports that aggregate all the information you need to analyse the performance of your Metasearch campaigns.
Enhanced usability and design
Experience a more visually appealing and modern interface, along with significantly improved and intuitive functionality. You’ll have access to more dashboards to analyse your campaigns in great detail, along with many additional customization options.
New filter area
The filter area within the dashboards has been redesigned, adding selectors and shortcuts (top markets, different time periods) to help you quickly locate the data most relevant to you, including dates, period comparisons, metasearch engines and booking attribution models.
The general filter area has also been updated for optimal usability. You can easily filter across various dimensions to obtain only the information you need in your dashboards.
New dashboards
In the Global View dashboard, you’ll find an executive summary of the most important metrics and dimensions, with the ability to contextualise them through comparisons with other time periods. Additionally, two widgets have been added with data on your campaigns’ revenue and supported commissions.
Next, the KPI Evolution screen is designed to analyse the performance trends of your campaigns through detailed graphs. You can customise the axes and breakdowns of the graphs for better visualization.
The remaining dashboards include Report Builder and Report Builder Plus (+), which allow you to personalise tables with your preferred dimensions and metrics. The Plus (+) version offers the additional capability to combine rows and columns as you like, similar to pivot tables in spreadsheets.
Upcoming features
In the coming weeks, the Beat Meet Lose section will be added to analyse the price competitiveness of your hotels and be able to see directly how your price is in the metasearch engines. It is very interesting to analyse how your prices are in each one of your hotels, breaking them down by metasearch engine, by different markets, by booking dates and many other options.
Following this, we will add a final Funnel section, allowing you to visualise the Google Hotel Ads conversion funnel, including both paid ads and free booking links.
The campaign optimization sections for the three major metasearch engines will also feature dashboards with pre-filtered data exclusively for the specific engine, enabling you to instantly analyse the performance of your campaigns.
Reports section
We’re also introducing a Reporting area, where you can generate your reports in PDF format for sharing or analysing them outside the dashboard.
Reservations section
This section will be added to the new dashboard in the coming months. It will retain the functionality of the old dashboard but will also be accessible through the new platform.
