In our booking engine

Pestana Hotel Group entrusted us with the implementation of our booking engine with maximising the profitability and competitiveness of their hotels’ direct channel. But we also have made some valuable improvements:

  • One of our most disruptive innovations has been Mirai Twin. An immersive experience in your hotel through a 3D digital twin, developed with our in-house technology, which transforms what we know today as a hotel website into a more innovative version, using it as a new gateway to your booking engine.

Payment methods

We keep expanding the payment options available on our booking engine. Facilitating and optimising the payment process is key to reduce booking abandonment and increase conversions.

  • We improve both your flexibility and that of your customers, thanks to “Book, Think & Pay”, a feature which allows you to maximise your direct channel’s profitability and enhance your customer service, so they can secure their booking and complete the payment at a later date.

Integrations

This year we have strengthened our connectivity by joining forces with key platforms which improve your operational efficiency:

  • With Oracle Cloud Marketplace, so you can manage availability, rates and inventory, your booking engine and direct bookings from the PMS. Without additional software and differentiating your direct sales’ strategy from that of the OTAs.
  • With Husbpot CRM, so that you can increase and cetralise customers’ data, segment it for email marketing campaigns and carry out satisfaction surveys, improving customer loyalty.
  • With Cloudbeds PMS and channel manager and with Omnibees and HotelAvailabilities channel managers, so you can manage inventory, pricing and restrictions from their platform in real time as well as automatically receive bookings and cancellations from your booking engine.
  • With Optimand, which combines Business Intelligence, real-time future demand, competitor analysis and conversion tools to assist you in your decision making and improving your hotel’s profitability.
  • Furthermore, we continue to establish strategic partnerships with third party systems. This is the case of our partnership with Hotel Treats, so that you can make your facilities more profitable with an online shop, turning them, along with your services, into marketable experiences that extend beyond your rooms.
  • We take the integration with Affilired (en español) one step further and synchronise sales information between Mirai and Affilired via API, so you can validate your booking status automatically, save time and reduce errors.

We have connected to trivago’s new Net CPA on Consumption model so, if you were already investing in CPA, we have upgraded you to this new ‘pure’ commissionable model, where you are paid only on completion of stay, excluding cancellations and no-shows.

We have grown internationally

In a further step towards our international growth strategy, we strengthened our expansion in Colombia (en español).

We are now a team of 294 people, with 14 delegations (did you know that we have a new office address in Madrid? -en español-) across 6 countries and we continue growing, innovating and working to deliver new solutions and developments. 

In 2024 we celebrated a decade of partnership with Club Mac, an example of how technology and the right strategy can transform your direct sales.

We will continue working towards our aim of contributing to hotels’ independence by optimising their direct sales through our products and services: Booking Engine, Web Project, Omnichannel Management (Contact Center), Metasearch Connectivity, Digital Marketing (don’t miss how Princess Hotels & Resorts have improved their profitability, boosting their bookings and attracting new guests thanks to Google’s Demand Gen campaings), Distribution Consulting (you can see here the success story of Hotel Daniya Denia -en español-). 

Don’t miss our savings calculator and self-diagnosis (en español), two simple tools we launched at the beginning of the year and that will help you assess how much you can improve your profitability.

And this year we have gone one step further to make your B2B retail agency and enterprise distribution more efficient by launching Mirai Pro, a solution which allows you to set up your own direct sales’ platform for retail agencies and enterprises.
